Taylor Made Smiles Dentistry has a special membership plan just for you! This plan is designed to help you save money on dental care. Whether you need a simple cleaning, a filling, or even a cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening this plan makes it easier for you to afford the care you need.

With our in-house membership plan you can enjoy all the same great treatments without worrying about high costs. You’ll get quality dental care from our friendly team while knowing you’re saving money. It’s a smart choice for anyone who wants to keep their smile healthy and bright without breaking the bank!

Program Exclusives and Limitations:

This is NOT a dental insurance. This is an in-house dental membership plan that is ONLY good at Taylor Made Smiles Dentistry. It CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurances or financing programs such as CareCredit.

Membership premium is due at the time of the first exam or if splitting into (2) payments. The 2nd payment will be automatically drafted on the 4th month of the initial payment date.

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize plan. All financial terms of Taylor Made Smiles Dentistry are applicable to the membership plan.

The (2) cleanings included in this plan are standard cleanings. Should you need periodontal maintenance, you will have only (1) of these covered under the plan. The additional periodontal maintenances will be an out of pocket expense, but discounted under the plan. If you are diagnosed with active periodontal disease, that will require scaling and root planing, this will not be considered as a “standard cleaning”, but will be discounted under the dental plan for treatment.
